Stacey was selected to speak on a case law panel at the Annual Texas Aquifer Conference in Austin, Texas on June 12-13, 2019. Stacey will speak on recent legislation, litigation and the meaning of “fair share” as it relates to property owners’ groundwater rights. Stacey was recently selected as general counsel for a groundwater conservation district allowing her to enhance the depth and breadth of her water law practice while also utilizing the valuable legal skills she has obtained from her broad litigation practice.
