Stacey was recently selected as general counsel for a groundwater conservation district allowing her to enhance the depth and breadth of her water law practice while also utilizing the valuable legal skills she has obtained from her broad litigation practice. Stacey continues to represent private clients in all faucets of groundwater permitting and related litigation.
