On September 10, 2014, the Lost Pines Groundwater Conservation District Adopted the ALJ’s Recommendation to Deny the Landowners party status to participate in End Op’s contested case hearing. . The Landowners appealed the District’s decision and their appeal is currently pending before the 21st Judicial District Court in Bastrop County, Texas. End Op has intervened in that proceeding.
