Stacey was selected to speak at the 21st Annual Changing Face of Water Law Conference hosted by the State Bar of Texas. Stacey will be speaking about the groundwater application and permitting process during the 3 day virtual conference on February 10-12, 2021. The conference is designed to educate lawyers about the rapidly evolving area of water law.  Stacey is delighted to be a part of such a reputable conference.
