Stacey has been selected to speak on the case law panel at the Annual Texas Aquifer Conference in Austin, Texas on June 12-13, 2019. Stacey will speak on selected cases and court decisions impacting groundwater management in Texas including recent legislation, litigation and the meaning of “fair share” as it relates to property owners’ groundwater rights.
